ABA THERAPIST

Looking for a part-time entry level position in the world of Applied Behavior Analysis? Then our ABA Therapist role might be the right fit for you!

Our ABA therapists work with children diagnosed with ASD using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. The therapist works under the periodic supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who creates the treatment plan for the child. This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation and a passion for working with children!

REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) holds an RBT certification from the BACB.

The RBT provides individual treatment for children diagnosed with Autism using ABA principles under the periodic supervision of a BCBA. This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, Registered Behavior Technician certification from the BACB, reliable transportation and a passion for working with children!

SENIOR ABA THERAPIST

Have a full year of previous ABA experience? Looking for a full-time schedule? Then our Senior ABA Therapist role might be the right opportunity for you!

The Senior ABA Therapist provides individual treatment for children diagnosed with Autism using ABA principles under the periodic supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of previous ABA experience, full-time availability and reliable transportation.

CASE MANAGER

Are you currently enrolled in your BCBA program and looking to accrue direct and indirect supervision hours?

Then our full-time Case Manager role might be a great fit for you! Our Case Managers are experienced ABA Therapists or RBTs on their way to becoming BCBAs! On a monthly average the Case Manager will be 70% – 80% direct with 20% – 30% of their time assigned to indirect activities. This position requires current enrollment in a BCBA program, at least 1 year direct ABA experience, full-time availability and reliable transportation. RBT certification is preferred.

CLINICAL COORDINATOR

Ready for the next step in your ABA Career? The Clinical Coordinator is a leadership opportunity for current ABA Therapists or Registered Behavior Technicians!

Our Clinical Coordinator is responsible for leading all activities for their assigned clinic. This includes scheduling treatment sessions and managing therapists. This position requires an Associate’s Degree, 2-5 years direct ABA experience, full-time availability, reliable transportation and a love for staff training and administrative support!

BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) MENTEE

Recently graduated with your Master’s Degree and passed your BCBA exam? Congratulations! You may be eligible for one of our full-time BCBA Mentorship opportunities.

Connec-to-Talk’s BCBA Mentorship program aims to provide additional training and support to newly credentialed BCBAs or BCBAs with less than a year’s experience working within a BCBA role. This position requires a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification from the Board of Behavior Analysts and licensure to practice by state(s) in which services are being provided.

BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for assessing individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders while developing and monitoring comprehensive treatment programs to improve behavior. The BCBA also provides supervision to ABA Therapists, RBTs and other clinical staff members. This position requires a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field, BCBA certification from the Board of Behavior Analysts and licensure to practice by state(s) in which services are being provided.

QUALITY CARE MANAGER

Are you an experienced BCBA looking for the next step in your career? Becoming a Quality Care Manager could be the growth opportunity you’ve been looking for!

Quality Care Managers are experienced, leadership level BCBAs who are committed to ensuring the highest quality of care for our kiddos. QCMs carry a small caseload while providing support to BCBAs and other clinicians within the field. Our QCM roles require a Master’s degree in ABA or a related field, BCBA certification from the Board of Behavior Analysts and licensure to practice by state(s) in which services are being provided along with 5-7 years in the Applied Behavior Analysis Field.
